I would not remove the feedback, even if it ends up meaning you lose your money. I think you can also file a report with PayPal. They can hold the money while the case is investigated. Lastly I never leave feedback for anyone I buy from that I am unhappy with until I get my refund. For exactly this reason, they can be nasty all they want because they have already seen what the buyer will do. No feedback left, they will bend over backwards to avoid any chance of a negative feedback. At best, they could have asked for it back, given you a refund and gotten a feedback that read item not as expected, seller refunded my money. That way, you are able to leave a feedback that isnt negative but clearly tells others to be aware, they dont sell quality items.
