I put Frosted Mini-Wheats in a different category. I let my kid eat them regularly and I eat them. I pretend they don't have much sugar and just feel happy about all the fiber. I do not feel sick and lightheaded after I eat them, the way I do after eating copious amounts of Lucky Charms, which have zero substance, just pure magically delicious joy. I'm the OP.

I love Lucky Charms! Coincidentally, I just bought these at Giant:
