Can of chickpeas drained and dried (need to be dried well) tossed with olive oil and spices or chopped fresh herbs (I love curry powder or rosemary) salt and pepper. On a baking sheet in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Crispy on the outside and softer in the middle. My 4 and 9 year old dds love them too.
