Try Belli skin care's Anti Blemish Facial Wash. I used it when I was pregnant and suffered from acne and I still use it today to help to keep it under control. I did my research on it and it's safe to use whilst pregnant because it doesn't contain those chemicals we are told to stay away from. Give it a try, I get mine from Buy Buy Baby stores.

I used a few medications sparingly, but what helped me was Noxema and a Clarisonic brush.

My dermatologist gave me a Benzoyl Peroxide/Erithromycin mix that she said was safe during pregnancy. I used it sparingly but my acne cleared up around 15-16 weeks anyway. It was AWFUL though, like my entire back was covered and it was enough to make the derm gasp. I've been washing my face with Cetaphil and using an Alba Organics moiturizer and my face has been okay since the end of the first trimester.
