Monday - crock pot chicken (whole) with red beans. I will make rice with rice cooker once I'm home.
Tuesday - Meat loaf (Pre-made on Sunday when I was making lasagna), peas, potatoes
Wednesday - left overs
Thursday - Reserved chicken breasts from Monday, using it to make quesadillas or chicken enchiladas.
Friday - Salad (sometimes with leftover meat, otherwise add tuna and/or beans).
Saturday - grilled pork chops, green beans or broccoli
We are scratching the meatloaf for tonight. It freezes well, so I will save it for a rainy day. Today is all about the grill!
