Similar to my DH. He wouldn't go back to that lifestyle for any amount of money.

My boss' boss' boss is 34 and clears somewhere around $700k. My old boss was 28 and cleared $250. I have a 40+ year old and a 50+ year old who report to me and make under $100k.

Diversified financial services. Think places like Chevy chase, Wells Fargo, Capital One, BOA, PNC, eTrade, Freddie, Genworth, Bloomberg, etc.

My DH is 51yo, and earns 92K as a research scientist He has an MD and a PhD. He saved people's lives as an emergency doc and now works in cancer research. He feels pretty good about himself.

Not even close. They leave between 4 and 5pm every day. Never get emails from them on weekends. They have a sweet gig.
