19:58 is right. Your DH will not be able to take care of your DC full-time and have a new business at the same time. Look into full-time childcare options now for your return to the workforce at the end of the year.

Doctor visits
Car seats
Extra seats on planes
Schooling
Etc etc etc
Get your life under control with a kid THEN quit. Also there is no FUCKING way he can launch a business AND take care of a kid full time. Absolutely not possible.

My bigger concern is that if you currently make him pay almost 50% of the expenses and he is going to quit working you are now going to be paying 100% and probably not going to like it.
You don't just start a business and go back to work if it fails. You put time, energy and FUNDS into a business. The majority of businesses fail within 2 years....and continue to fail after that. Great that you have faith it will work. Doubtful though.
This is my too long way of saying that you have much bigger problems than his cc debt.
