THey wouldn't happen simultaneously. The FLES is for the non immersion students.

Either it is something FCPS wants for every student and will implement as money becomes available or it is just an enrichment that shouldn't be funded for any school.

In other words, even in the FLES schools, children are pulled away from math and science instruction in English and taught math and science instruction in the foreign language instead during their FLES time.
