I use mine almost everyday. I keep it nice looking, so I just leave it on the stove top. If I do want to put it in the oven, it's my weight-lifting opportunity for the day. LOL. I like the big one with the regular big handle, plus the smaller handle on the opposite side.
These are not only the best, and healthiest cookware, but also the most inexpensive. The fact that they are American-made means the workers are earning a living wage, unlike most Asian factory workers. Lodge is headquartered in Tennessee, so I appreciate the opportunity to buy the highest quality product, and support our economy at the same time. What's not to like?
I bought our skillet at RIE, my favorite store. I think it was about $25. You can also get them at most hardware store. Lodge is the only American-made source of cast iron cookware.
