Curious If there are any train activities in or around the city? I have a train obsessed kid on my hand and the promise of a locomotive may do wonders on the plane ride.

I have no idea if it's any good, but we'll probably go there. Plus, there's the light rail that runs around the city.

There were a few more links I found, an amusement park, a scenic train at Mt Hood, and a model railroad store (I find those usually have model trains set up that the kids can watch). Hope you have a good trip!
