I would not recommend this. I haven't personally heard of them but if they are anything like the supposed flushable toilet wipes then they will just clog up your sewer system. Trust me on that one.

So if you're out on a walk, you've got to pick up the poo with a shovel to put it in one of those sewer line things on Amazon? Or reopen a poop bag and smash it in the funnel hole? God almighty, no thanks. If the planet burns up a few days earlier because of Mafter's poop bags in the landfill, it's a risk i'll have to take. Also, I wish I hadn't read this thread while eating.

Numerous things deodorize and keep flies off-chunks of cheap stick deodorant, lime, etc. Each week tie up the bag and put it in your own trash. On walks pick up poop in a plastic bag. Stck that bag in the poop can. That removes the small bag seep to the bottom of your large receptacle. That outdoor skud product can is also usable for gross yard debris like an occasional dead bird. Keep the shovel outside.

Trash in the summer stinks anyway. What do you do with rotting food or diapers? It sounds like you are overthinking this.

It will be fine in summer. Won't smell great, but fine. I have never had rat issue or even flies. Main thing is to make sure your outside trash can has a lid that fits well. And, make sure you shut it properly each time.

I buy the Earth Rated Poop bags, they smell of lavendar an biodegrade in 24 months, unlike normal plastic which will take 500 years. I get them from chewy.com. I tie a knot in each bag and throw it in the bin.

Plastic bags tied up and thrown into trash can. Doesn't smell or attract anything more than garbage in general does. We buy poop bags but try to use others as much as possible (food bags like those from bread, newspaper bags, etc.) I will say that we started out buying a specific brand (can't even remember what it was) of biodegradable poop bags but they began to biodegrade in the garbage can. Bad. Tried another brand and those last until garbage day without opening.
