The turnover of the priests, the leader of the young adult group who is almost 50, the woman who tries to run things who ran another church who is always frazzled. I hope they get it together. They seem like nice people and like they are trying to do a good job. But it REALLY seems while everyone is nice, everyone is asleep at the wheel.
I think OP was asking about the school and not the parish. My kids went there and left two years ago after four years of what I now consider a substandard education program. There are other threads on Annunciation. What has happened to the school is sad also with the multiple turnover of leadership and staff and lots of good families have left. Now I hear to keep enrollment up they accepted students from St. Ann's after it closed. I would not recommend the school to anyone today. We left in time before our kids' education was detrimentally harmed although they had a lot of catching up when they went to public school. It's a poor school, academically and socio-economically, in an affluent community.
