well, to be fair the easter egg roll lottery doesn't have to compute several hundred school and grade configurations along with the request of the parents themselves. I think it's better that DCPS take their time since the future of several thousand kids is in their hands. It's not like DCPS is giving away a collectible egg if you win this lottery.
I think that was kind of a joke, people.
