OP hre: i did the white chicken enchiladas from joyful mamas. it was alright - husabnd liked it, 2 year old ate some of it, and 4 year old disliked it, but ate it.

i think i actually don't like the richness of sour cream in meals...

i think i'll make one of the cakes with the second tub!
