I believe with metro coming in you can walk to tysons. If you go down route 7 they have installed sidewalks and walkways. You can actually walk down route 7 from down the road to tysons. It's still a work in progress and is very exciting.
How often do you people go to the Mall??? I haven't been to one in months.

Now that somebody brought it up...when I was first house hunting in some neighborhoods out near Tyson's every single owner (checked tax records) was owned by somebody Middle Eastern...then Indian/Asian.
There is a very 'International' (not Euro) population out there. Many like multi-family households. BIG reason we didn't head out there.
