OP, Little Serow (owned by the owner of Komi) doesn't take reservations. You just have to be willing to show up early and stand in line for an amazing meal.
I've eaten at Rasika West End with much less notice but was willing to eat on the early side. But I doubt a weekend with 2 days notice is possible.
Yes, Komi is way in advance. We reserved a month out and still got stuck with 5:30 on a weeknight. Not worth it in any event.
I'd start with what's available on Open Table and go from there - avoids disappointment.
