Perhaps but so what? That person can't wait 30 seconds so that OP can get her kid safely inside the school? Who the fuck is SOOOO important that they can't wait? If they were stuck behind a school bus, they'd be legally required to stop and there wouldn't be a damned thing they could do about it. In the absence of a school bus, it's pretty much the same deal for parents dropping off their kids. OP has my total sympathy and the other parent is a straight up dick.
