W-L in 2012? Why, look! It's more than 100% full. I can see not changing boundaries when a school is still under construction, but W-L is overenrolled now.

What a mess. I don't understand how APS could rebuild the high schools and not add capacity. They will be building and redistricting for years to come if the projections are remotely accurate.
