We are trying to pick a place to live, quickly, and don't have much to base it on other than the local schools, and these are the ones that seem to be associated with the properties the realtor sent over. We're looking to rent a 3br townhouse for under 2500 with less than an hour commute door to door to DC.

Woodlin - not sure you can get rental < 2500 in this school boundary
Brooke Grove -- not sure where this is.
Beall far out
Travilah -- far out
Flora M. Singer -- new school close in
Beall
Oakland Terrace close in
Westover - far out
Forest Knolls - close in

I'm also in Forest Knolls and we like the school. You should be able to rent a single family house for <2500, we don't have many town houses in the neighborhood, but there are a few.

Flora singer is a new school with as great reputation already and a hand picked top notch staff. Principal is great and community is friendly and diverse.

I regularly run around the College Gardens neighborhood both pre dawn and after dark. The most surprising action I see is from the deer..I once saw a fox too. Never a single crime concern.

This is ridiculous. It has very low crime compared to much of MoCo.
