No. In the past, they DID ask a question about language dominance. So they wouldn't need to "profile" for kids with Spanish-sounding last names. Sounds like that's over now.
That's too bad. They were able to provide a mix that allowed the students to learn from each other. I wonder if a charter could request two lotteries to this end? The same number of seats would be there, just more of a balance.
