They started pushing for un IVF right away. In a big way! We were seeing DrWidra and he said IUI had a greater chance for teins so we should do IVF with one embryo.
We were paying everything out of picket and I wanted to be sure about te decision. Before hitting the 1 anda half year mark, we were expecting withot any intervention. We just needed more time and more frequent intercourse.
If they find a problem, going earlier is great because you did not waste anytime.
But, even if they do not find anything wrong with you, they will tell you to do a treatment. It is a business and they want your money. However, sometimes nature takes its time andapparently the cut off is 1 and a half years of trying when tee is no indication of a problem.
I used Widra too and had an "unexplained" diagnosis at 35. But I was never pushed to do IVF. I had two successful pregnancies with IUI plus meds. SG is a factory, no doubt. But most infertility practices are.
