I definitely need more storage space. I think the only thing mentioned on this list that I don't have is a pressure cooker. My kitchen gadgetry relative to household income is completely out of control. Just rented a house with a smallish, nicely redone kitchen, and sadly I've realized it is not a kitchen for people who accumulate massive amounts of kitchen stuff and then expect to use that stuff.
My rec. if you are looking for something to ask for for the holidays is a popover pan. Homemade popovers are easy and amazing!
