Depends on if stomach issues are involved. If they are, then mostly I drink flat coke and the red gatorade and don't eat much. Toast with butter?
If stomach is not involved, I want Kraft mac n cheese original, broccoli cheese soup, noodles of all kinds in yummy broth (Pho, ramen, dumpling soup, that kind of thing). Carbs and salty I guess. And OJ. Lots of OJ.
