Hot damn. I'm hoping for 12% with a promo... What the heck do you do? I'm in the wrong business....

LOL. You didn't ask what the percentages were of.....they barely pushed me over six figures.

Well, still 20% is 20%. It's a pretty solid raise any way you dice it.

I'll be lucky to hit 12%, with promo.

Work for myself so the only way I get a raise is to work harder. I am not raising my hourly rates this year. Obviously will be hit hard by tax hikes, so looking for ways to set aside as much money as possible (profit share contributions to retirement, HSAs, etc.).

My company does not give bonuses and pay has been frozen for two years. The only ways to make more are to get a promotion or switch jobs. (so, yes, we're having a ton of turnover)

Fed, so no raise. We had very limited cash awards available this year, so I got a time off award instead (which was handy since I used all my saved up leave last year for maternity leave). I am due for a step increase soon though.

DH got a 5% bonus and a 2.5% raise.

We're a small business and we did 4-5% raises for good performers. Bonuses varied but will be paid out in this fiscal year to hopefully dodge potential tax hikes in 2013.

Got my Fed step. Crossing my fingers for a small bonus due to exceptional review, but not holding my breath.
