Why would it matter where the people who shop at your Costco live? It's not like the resources are finite or the store sells something geographically specific.

I was hoping they would give membership deals to those of us that live really close (within a certain zipcode maybe), but sadly I didn't receive anything in mail. I did get a flyer for $20 cash card if open new membership. Better than nothing I guess.
