One of the drawbacks of living in D.C. is that mainline retailers tend to avoid it like the plague. Fortunately that's starting to turn around a little -- Biden was at a Costco yesterday! So, I would imagine that you'll eventually start to attract desirable establishments like CeC.

I am seething with jealousy at the thought of an adult restaurant that has a place for kids to play. That said, vapiano's is our go-to for playdates - kid's can watch pizza being prepared, there's plenty of porn space, they have crayons...
