I posted earlier about my beta following NCIVF, which transferred one 5 day blast with initial beta of 83. We have more than doubled and will have first sono next week.

Yes, it only takes one 
At age 40, with FSH level of 44, after one failed IUI and two IVFs, got pregnant after third IVF cycle. Almost cancelled, as only got 3 eggs, and only two fertilized for transfer. Now have an absolutely beautiful 4-year old daughter. And crazy things can happen...for me, had two natural pregnancies after that, OMG. Now also have 2-year old and 1-year old boys!! Would never have dreamt this.
Stay positive, and just do the best you can. Take good care of yourself, and give yourself a break/time out -- even from family and friends during the holidays if you need it. Good luck!

We did a five day transfer of one and got identical twins. The others didn't progress to day 6 for freezing. It really does only take one...and with that one, we got two.
