Does she have any friends whose style you admire? Or perhaps a slightly older, cool family friend or relative who can take her under her wing?

My advice. Work together to develop a "no go zone" baseline and then leave the rest up to her.

I wouldn't fight it. She'll grow out of it....and it only takes one or two accidental boob flashes before she figures it out.
