Tell me if I understand this -- the law said women can sue if they are paid less than men doing the same work, but the Court ruled that this does not apply if the employer manages to cover up the discrimination for a long enough time. The Ledbetter law corrected this, but Romeny thinks there is nothing needing correction.
So one or more posters on here think Romney is right that there is nothing wrong with erasing a crime because the criminal managed to cover it up?
