Mine as well. OP, I'm not sure why some PPs are getting testy, since your question seems valid. The real shocker was in Paris, when we (pre-kids) saw lots of kids out for dinner at 10:00! They were more in the 7- to 10-year-old range, but still!

mine have been at chuck e cheese as late as 9:30/10 on a school night and weekends. Our school has these fundraiser nights and most are always on a weeknight. I guess parents have a choice of how late they want their kids to stay out but a majority we see stay late

We homeschool. Sleeping late in the mornings is no problem.
