Yeah, people have asked me this in the past. I leave my house, straight into my attached garage. I get into my car. I drive to work in my car. I pull into my parking garage. I go into my office. I have not stepped foot into the "outside."
In the past, when I walked and took Metro, I put a hat on. No biggie.
When I was younger, I would leave the pool, shower & dress, and go straight outside. My hair would sometimes freeze and then it was fun to kind of "crack" my hair to thaw it out while I was sitting in the bus. HAHA. But everybody was in the same boat so it was just not a big deal.
When I was in college, in the Midwest, the same thing would happen as I walked from my dorm to my classes. Sometimes my eyelashes froze too. This was a pain b/c once you got inside, your mascara would run as your eyelashes thawed.
