Fresh air, keep windows open, once in a while I burn essential oils - eucalyptus and lavender, add tea tree oil if we've been sick.

If you have an older home run a dehumidifier in the basement. Gets rid of the old house smell.

If you can't open windows because of allergies, clean the fabrics in the house. Curtains and drapes. Hand towels in kitchen and bathrooms. Minimize carpets.

I air my house once a day and I keep it clean. Trash out once or twice a day.
