There's a lovely wine store in Laurel MD called Corridor Wine. They have a huge selection, including a decent one of Oregon Pinot, all at good prices. Can't get there without a car, but it's very close to the Rt 198 exit off BW Parkway.

Sniders on Georgia Avenue has wine, and they regularly put them sale. Oregon onion noire, though, I don't know if they have specifically.

Yes, they're very good. Also good for spirits.

Ace Beverage on Foxhall Road has the most knowledgable staff around.
