The above link is from 2008, and some of the percentiles have shifted a few points since then.

As was posted earlier in this thread, below is the info from 2011 (I don't have 2012 yet). The math section starts around page 64:

My 2nd grader got a similar score, he is very good at math but this seems higher than even I would expect. No one reached out to me either. Interesting.

Of course I am getting the score from him, so its suspect, but he normally has a pretty good memory for these things.
