OP is MIA because she (me) is not going to engage in a debate about exactly what the issues are and where, exactly, this house is in a public forum. It should be enough to say that the relevant governing body in the jurisdiction has called us to apologize for the behavior of the neighbors and indicated they they are embarrassed on behalf of the jurisdiction.
