Another plug for Dino - and he really know his Italian wines and has some unique ones.

I love Chat Noir too.

Lavandou is great, too. Solid French bistro food, and quite cozy.

Dino is good but I would prefer Marsala Art.

I wasn't impressed with Dino personally. I loved Pulpo, and Medium Rare is tasty and easy (no choice, more conversation time!)

Absolutely Dino.
If not that then Sorriso, Ardeo, or Indique Heights (the one in Friendship Heights).
