I don't see it any different than calling Obama "Barry". It is less deliberately derisive than calling him by his stepfather's name Soetro or calling him Barack Hooosaayn Obama. Of course it's his name, and they use it because they want the world to think he is a closet muslim.
I prefer to set a higher bar for myself that the idiot GOP hate-mongers. I encourage all rational people to do the same.
