Whenever I use a cutting board, I scrape the meat off the board with a knife, then I place the board in the sink and pour some bleach over it and let it sit for 15minutes. Then, I wipe it with a sponge or pape towel. As for everything else, I used a diaper rag and launder it when it needs it.
