They threatened me saying that I was cheap and did not support the school. A group surrounded me and made fun of my weight. I left in tears.
Later I was harrassed on Facebook, Twitter, and by email. It was horrible. I was called a fat load and big elephant.
One woman came to my house with a case of this stuff and demanded that I buy it.
If you have proof of emails, Twitter, etc., write to the newspapers. You can obtain email addresses for reporters covering MCPS on the internet. File a complaint with the MCCPTA and the Maryland PTA as well. Since you seem internet savvy you can find all the contact info on the net.
Yes I have emails and some Twitter stuff but the Facebook harassment was deleted. What newspaper or site would be the best to contact?

I can't believe that this PTA is so inconsiderate, rude, and mean-spirited. Their behavior is deplorable and unacceptable! I hope this issue does get resolved. I'm so sorry that this happened to you.
I'm sending HUGS your way!
