Give the teachers a chance people! They have barely gotten a chance to learn the children's names let alone contact all of you with specific information about each student. I don't want to hear from my child's teacher until he/she has had at least a few weeks to properly assess my child. Most children take several weeks to settle in and "reveal" themselves anyway.
