I'd like to point out that his homicide is connected to his dysphoria. He killed his wife after she found him dressed up in her clothes. I'm not sure what went down between them and I'm not excusing a homicide. But this guy may actually have a biological problem that needs treatment.

Give him a knife to cut it off, and a bra to stuff, and voila, dude's a chick.
I wouldn't want to pay for a heart transplant either on a murderer/lifer. Maybe we could give him a knife and he could get it from another prisoner. Do us all a favor.
