You misunderstood the United States, and if you don't care about children growing up without their families, no matter who they are, you are heartless.

The world is a cold place
Australians took away all the children of the aboriginals and placed them in adoption, some in bording schools, majority in institutions. And they did this for about 70 years.
When Germany invaded Poland all blond children under 5 were exported to Germany to be adopted
Argentinas dictatorship placed children of political enemies in adoption.

Ancient practice is being revived.

Then open up your own thread about how unsympathetic you are to them, and work on your reading comprehension while you're at it.
This one is about the American children of immigrants, who obviously had no say in their parents' decision to immigrate.

The children are not illegal. If they are born in the U.S. they are citizens according to the Constitution of the United States.

I came here and I fall in love with an american citizen.... I had a baby my visa expired and he use to abuse me but I never call the police and for that reason I could not apply for a U-VISA( domestic violence visa) so now, I left my ex, I left my SON 4yrs old and I dont have a drive license, i'm not able to work and i'm not leaving this country because at least I can see my son. He never married me because he though I would just run away from him with my son... so.. Am I that bad?? I love my son I lost the counts how many time I went to court to have visitation.. protective order... and THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO TO HAVE MY GREEN CARD BUT MARRYING SOMEONE ELSE. As I said.. I love my son and i'm not taking him away from his environment( his bed, his school, his dogs, his backyard... his healthy food..) and I would not come back to my ex... he will hurt me and not even that he abuse me mentally everytime he can.. :.(

They also had no say in being born
Some are dual citizens. Every child has a right to be part of the family they are born into. Regardless of where the parents move to or live. When parents get deported, so do their children.

To place the kids into adoption against the parents wishes is legalized kidnapping

You know it's not just "running across the border" right?

It takes DAYS with no food or water in hiding. It's survival of the fittest.
