Muddled means you smush the lime a bit with a muddler--kinda looks like a miniature baseball bat--to release the juice and pulp.

Its way past 3 but at 3pm everyday i crave a granola bar. Syarted this habit when I was pregnant 16 yrs ago and still cant break the habit... I have tried but I cant think of anything else at3. Wierd how the mind works
