I throw a mix of veggies in, so sometimes I'm sooping veggiess out early and leave others in there longer, such a Broccoli is fast, brussel sprouts slow.
I put mine in at 400, on a cookie sheet that is covered in foil so I don't have to clean. Sometimes I place them directly on the iron skillett. I of course heat the iron up while the oven is pre-heating, I do that for guests so the veggies get really crisp.
