Paul Ryan is just so very, very creepy! Romney less so, but still reminds me of some sort of vacant, alien being.

First of all: Romney is more attractive than Obama? I disagree with you there. Not that Romney isn't okay-looking, but still.

Second, along the same facetious lines, doesn't Obama's fantastic singing voice (as opposed to Romney's not-so-great voice) count for something? Not that he sings that often, of course, but I suspect a resonant voice carries more impact than people realize.

Obama looks like a vampire and is every bit as cold and introverted as a public figure can be. Romney is bland but much better looking. Ryan vs plugs borders on sad looks wise brains wise and personality wise.

In case it was not clear in my post, I was referring to the fact that Paul & Joe are both Catholics, and I was wondering whether that has happened before. I just Googled and it looks like it has not, although we had one each in '64, '68. and '72. Since then, only Kerry is mentioned in my source (http://www.religioustolerance.org/rcc_poli1.htm), but it seems to overlook Biden, so I'm not sure it's exhaustive.
