The R will start the gravy train backup. It will be like the bush years on steroids. They don't care about the debt, just that Obama is president. They did not yell about the debt till thy lost.

Gee when Clinton left office, unemployment was at 3.9%. It doesn't sound like there are that many unemployable people around. What did Bush do to change that?

OP here. Sounds like real estate prices would rise from a Romney win, while Maryland (with NIH and such) might dip.

Just curious because it seems many Republicans in the metro live in Va. while Democrats often choose to live in Maryland.
