I never even took estrace for my IVF cycle (fresh), only during IUI because clomid thinned my lining too much. 29 weeks now w/ a very healthy baby.

I'm 8 weeks tomorrow and still on 2 a day. My RE said she'll keep on that until 12 weeks (same for progesterone). This is also what I did in my last pregnancy.

I was on Estrace until 12 weeks from an FET cycle. My clinic told me they have people taper off sooner if they do a fresh cycle bc ovulation in advance of the pregnancy means the body's own hormones are also in the mix.

Guys this is a bit of a different question but do you have to take estrace at the EXACT same time every day. What is one day it is at 8:20p at night and the next morning at 8:35a instead of 8:20a...will it affect anything?

Also ivf (first baby, 4 mc) 37 weeks now and all going smoothly.
I have a clotting disorder, gestational diabetes and an autoimmune disease (reason for the other meds).

Estrace - 12 weeks
Progesterone 12 weeks
Baby aspirin 36 weeks
Prednisone 20 weeks
Lovenox 24 hours before induction
Glyburide 24 hours before induction
