Well obviously the kind of anxiety everyone gets is not what anyone is talking about on this thread. Thats like saying everyone gets bummed out from time to time. Yeah, duh. Not sure why you even felt the need to post that anxiety is not a mental illness. Generally, when people refer to the situational thing they say "I am feeling anxious," as opposed to "I have anxiety."
