This is my first child in public school. School has a bullying issue. I'm new to this. Thanks for the info.

In another thread I was told rainboots are a big waste and kids don't wear them. I was going to get my 5 yr old rainboots to walk to the bus (with me) and to walk into school (and she is in aftercare--I have no idea if they take kids outside on days when it rained and the ground is wet).
