I understand what you are going through. I found out in college that I am allergic to yogurt. I eat all type of dairy products but I break out in hives on my face and itch on my arms. I now have to read all the labels because of yogurt being added to everything. Many protein bars, cereals, butter mixtures and dips have yogurt of some sort in them. I am always asking at restaurants, picnics and such to make sure there is not yogurt in what I eat. I feel like wearing a sign. Yogurt is so good tasting but not for me.
